With the Quantitative Maintenance analyses we can calculate future failures based on several investment and maintenance policies. This data can be send to a GIS (Geographical Information System). Now in the GIS we are able to attach the failures to the pipes and/or cables. It is even possible now to show the expected failure rate in the future and to show the effects of different policies in the future.
